In BenQ, I am in charge of market (competitor) research by implementing the data analytics method. I analyzed the G2 review (software, service review website) for Kahoot! and Miro. 

• Mcdonald just launched their New app in 2021 in Taiwan, so I did web scrapping for their customer reviews. Analyzed data by sentiment score (Bar Line Chart)
• Simple Mart is to measure customer reviews on Google map by location, so we could discover the reason for the customer buying preference.

In MIC as a research assistant, I created a web database for my manager to search the startup in our list, therefore, it not only saves time but is also more user-friendly, comparing the traditional way in Excel. In the end, the data is organized and published - Taiwan Startup Ecosystem.

In 2018, I co-founded Air-Structure Lab, which specialized in interactive art. We tried to visualize the air, and make it alive in different format. We were able to raise 80,000 USD in 18 months.
